At Glow Aesthetics, our mission is simple: To help you feel confident, refreshed and authentically you. Founded by Valerie Adriani, MSN, FNP-C, Glow Aesthetics, LLC is built on a foundation of clinical expertise, compassion and genuine care for the Southern Maryland community we proudly serve.

Valerie's journey in healthcare began in the fast-paced emergency room environment, where she gained extensive experience providing skilled, steady care during life's most critical moments. She continued to expand her clinical background as a Nurse Practitioner within a prominent Orthopaedics organization.

While her professional experiences span a wide range of medical disciplines, Valerie's calling has always remained the same: patient well-being. That passion, combined with her desire to uplift others, inspired and formed the foundation of Glow Aesthetics. Valerie brings the same level of clinical excellence, attention to detail and patient-centered care that has defined her entire career.

Today, she uses that expertise to help clients look and feel their best, offering treatments to enhance natural beauty while honoring each person's unique features. Aesthetics isn't about changing who you are, it's about helping you step confidently into the world with the glow you deserve!
